What I treat
Comfortable, strong and ready for birth
Your body changes quickly in pregnancy. Aches in your back and pelvis are common, and they're also very treatable. The earlier we start, the quicker they settle. I'll help you stay active and strong, and keep you feeling confident in your body as you prepare for birth.
- Back, pelvic girdle and pubic pain
- Leaking, urgency or constipation
- Effective exercise and birth preparation

A full recovery, however long ago you had your baby
Six weeks or six years on, it's never too late. The Mummy MOT is a full, unhurried check of your pelvic floor, tummy and posture, so you know exactly where you stand and what to do next.
- Leaking, heaviness or prolapse
- Tummy gap (diastasis)
- Getting back to running and lifting
- Lower back pain

Pelvic health through menopause and beyond
Hormone changes can affect your bladder, bowel, pelvic floor and comfort during sex. They're common, but you don't have to just accept them. I'm a trained Menopause Movement Practitioner, so you'll get care that's grounded in evidence and helps you stay strong, active and independent through perimenopause and beyond.
- Bladder urgency and leaking
- Prolapse symptoms
- Pain or discomfort during sex
- Movement feels daunting

Pelvic pain and painful sex
Pain in your pelvis, or during sex, is more common than people realise and rarely talked about. A careful, unhurried assessment helps us understand what's driving it.
- Pelvic and coccyx pain
- Pain during or after sex
- Pain after surgery or birth

Bladder and bowel problems
Leaking, urgency, constipation or difficulty emptying. This is where my training at St Mark's and King's College Hospital counts most, including the complex cases others haven't been able to resolve. I'll go through your symptoms thoroughly, with real care and sensitivity.
- Leaking urine, wind or stool
- Urgency and frequency
- Constipation and difficulty emptying

You're in safe, experienced hands
Every appointment is private and unhurried. Everything is explained first, and nothing happens without your consent. Many women live with symptoms for years because they think it's normal. It's common, but you don't have to live with it.
